Management

Due to the multisystemic presentation of MOGS-CDG, patients should be followed by a multi-disciplinary team. There is currently no curative treatment for MOGS-CDG. The patients are managed with supportive and symptomatic therapy, tailored to each affected organ.

One patient was managed with mannose enriched diet with clinical improvement reported.
