Research collaboration

The main clinical features of PGAP2 deficiency are intellectual disability, developmental delay, muscular hypotonia, epilepsy, and hyperphosphatasia (high serum alkaline phosphatase). These symptoms are also observed in other genetic disorders. There are only a few cases reported, so it is important to accumulate cases to understand the whole spectrum of this disease.
