The main clinical features are intellectual disability, developmental delay, epilepsy, muscular hypotonia, cerebellar hypoplasia, cerebral atrophy, and bone abnormalities such as osteopenia and scoliosis. Individuals with defect in GPIT genes commonly show bone abnormality sometimes with hypophosphatasia in severe cases.
