PLCB1-related encephalopathy remains extremely rare, and additional patients are needed to refine the natural history, genotype-phenotype correlations, neuroimaging findings, and treatment response. Collaborative data sharing may help clarify whether there are modifying factors influencing seizure type, developmental outcome and severity. Longitudinal follow-up and standardized phenotyping are especially valuable because the published cohort remains small.
