•    Complete ophthalmologic examination by experienced pediatric ophthalmologist
•    High-resolution cranial MRI
•    Measurement of weight, length/height, & head circumference
•    Developmental assessment and neurologic evaluation
•    Consultation with a clinical geneticist and/or genetic counselor
