No curative or specific therapy is currently available. Treatment is supportive, and should address surveillance and management of organ or system involvement:
Hematology: G-CSF for congenital neutropenia; monitor for infections
Neurology:Physical therapy, seizure management
Orthopedics:Surveillance for skeletal deformities
Hepatology:Monitor liver function and portal hypertension
Supportive care:Nutritional support, developmental interventions
