PhenomeGene — Human Disease Gene Website SeriesCMIP

CMIP

This website provides information on patients with mutations in the CMIPgene, including clinical data, molecular data, management and research options.

The syndrome caused by mutations in the CMIPgene is a multisystem disorder characterized by high prevalence of developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity and other psychiatric disorders. Epilepsy was present in some individuals of whom a limited number had therapy-resistant seizures.

Not all individuals with a mutation in the CMIPgene have these features.

This website was created to share and collect information about clinic, management and research projects to gather more knowledge and provide better treatment of patients with mutations in the CMIPgene.
